Do I need to register an account before I can purchase?

It is not compulsory to register. Simply select “Guest Checkout” and fill up all the details and follow the step by step procedure.

However, we strongly suggest all customers to register as it allows you ease of ordering without having to fill out your details each time you shop with us. By signing up, you will also have the benefits of receiving first-hand notification on new arrival updates, special offers and exclusive discounts!

How to register?

Simply click on the ‘Sign Up’ link at the top right corner of our web page. You will be required to provide us a valid e-mail address (please ensure that your e-mail address is correct) and preferred password.

I’ve forgotten my password. What next?

Just click on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ link and we will e-mail your password to your registered e-mail address.

Will I receive a confirmation after payment is made?

Yes. An email confirmation with payment instructions will be sent to you once your order is “confirmed”. 

What are the payment methods available?

a) Paypal
Simply follow the payment instructions upon check out. 

b) Credit Card
Credit card payment is accepted via Paypal only. Simply follow the payment instructions upon check out.

c) Pay via Maybank2u
Simply select M2u Pay Logo located at the bottom of our website and key in your username to sign in.

d) Bank Deposit/Giro Transfer
We accept bank desposit/Giro transfer with the condition that payment must be made within 3 days. Proof of payment must be sent to our email.

Can I reserve an item?

Once you have “Check Out”, you will receive our invoice with payment instructions via email. You are given 3 days to make payment quoting the invoice reference number. Reservation will be automatically cancelled after the 3rd day unless otherwise notified.

Can I check the status of my order?

You can always check the status of your order from “Your Account” on our website. 

How do I use my credit/discount coupon?

Credit coupon codes or discount coupon codes can be entered during the checkout process. The new total cost will be reflected before you confirm the order.

How soon can we expect to receive our orders once payment has been made?

We strive to pack and ship all orders the next working days once payment is received. Payments made on Fridays, Weekends and public holidays will only be shipped on the next working day. We are happy to provide both local and international shipping!

NOTE: For Giro Transfer, item(s) will only be shipped when payment is cleared.

What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide FREE shipping (either PosEkspres or PosLaju) to any address in Malaysia. You will receive tracking numbers via email once your item(s) are posted.

What are the international shipping costs and methods?

We charge a flat rate of USD10 for any purchase. Items will be shipped via Registered Mail by Pos Malaysia. Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be provided by email once shipped. 

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes we do! Simply email us at order.my.lollipop@gmail.com for more information and discount structures.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes we do! Simply fill up the “Custom Order” form and we will get back to you with further details and a quote.
